Damaged Item
Prints and paintings are shipped in a protective cellophane sleeve as well as a hard cardboard backing to ensure its safe arrival. In the rare case of an order arriving damaged, please contact me within 40 days of when the order was placed with images.
Lost Package
Prints and paintings are shipped via lettermail, meaning they are not tracked and will arrive with the rest of your letters. Shipping can often take longer than expected, please be patient. In the case of a package never arriving, please contact the shipping provider first. Once I ship the package, it is out of my hands, however, I will offer support if the post office office does not resolve the issue. Email me at info@rubystrinkets.com.
Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel an order that has already been placed and paid for, please email me immediately. If it reaches me before I ship the order, I can possibly cancel and reimburse you. However I cannot guarantee that I will be able to do this.
