Refund policy

Order issues are handled on a case to case basis. Please contact me at info@rubystrinkets if you have an issue or any questions.

Damaged Item

In the case of a product arriving damaged or becoming damaged within 60 days of the original purchase, please contact me for a possible refund or replacement free of charge. Be prepared to share images of the damaged item and provide details on the situation.

Lost Package

In the case of a package never arriving, becoming lost in shipping, or arriving with damaged packaging, please contact the shipping provider first. Once I ship the package, it is out of my hands, however, I will offer support if the post office office does not resolve the issue. Email me at info@rubystrinkets.com.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel an order that has already been placed and paid for, please email me immediately. If it reaches me before I create/ship the order, I can possibly cancel and reimburse you. However I cannot guarantee that I will be able to do this.
