Refund policy

All orders are printed on demand using Printful. If you have any issues with lost or damaged items, please contact me at info@rubystrinkets.

Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery or estimated delivery date in order to get a reprint or refund from Printful.

Damaged or defective items: You can request a reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery. Photos may be required as proof.

Lost packages: If an order hasn’t arrived, you must report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
